The conditions of this agreement shall be in force every time you visit our website. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement.

These Terms & Conditions may change from time to time with legislation or industry developments. Look & Learn cannot be held liable against any issues arising from any implemented changes not reviewed by you, therefore it is recommended that you review this page regularly. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made to the Terms & Conditions will be taken to indicate that you have read and accepted any changes implemented. You should not use our services if you do not agree with any changes to our Terms & Conditions and it is your responsibility to tell us if those changes mean that you are no longer happy with the way in which we deliver our services.

In order to commence with driving tuition you must hold a valid provisional (or full in some cases) driving licence which you must present o your instructor at the start of your lesson. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any official changes to that document.

We reserve the right to refuse the use of the instructor or school car for practical tests if the instructor feels that you have not reached a satisfactory standard.

Please check our pricing for test lessons. The set price includes pick up from home, 1 hour lesson prior to test, use of the car and optional instructor presence during your test, debrief and drive home.

Look & Learn reserves the right to change lesson pricing at any time.

During your lesson and/or test, all fines and motoring criminal misconduct such as using your phone while driving or entering a bus lane- will be fined to you as the driver, not the instructor or examiner. In the unlikely event of a road traffic accident you would be liable for any insurance excess (up to £250).

If you choose to book package lessons, the full payment for the selected package must be made in advance of the tuition. Please note payments are non-refundable and act as a binding agreement if you choose not to continue with your lessons.

Please note that time lost due to late starts cannot be compensated by money or additional time. Your lesson will finish at the agreed time. It is your responsibility to ensure you are on time and adhere to the bookings cancellation policy.

Our services are only available for those over the age of 16. (The instructor holds a current CRB check).

It is at the discretion of the individual instructor to allow any other individuals in the back of the vehicle whilst on a driving lesson.

All motoring and other laws apply during your lesson and it is your responsibility to abide them as you are liable to pay any fines inflicted due to your negligence. (i.e. driving over the speed limit).

You must ensure you are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs (this includes medication which is likely to prevent you from driving or excessive drinking the night before). If your instructor believes you to be under influence of drugs or medicine, they have the right to cancel the lesson without a refund.

Please note that any items you leave behind in the instructors car are not the responsibility of Look & Learn.

Bookings Policy

If you wish to book a lesson, you must arrange this directly with your instructor Debbie via telephone (07792841239 ( please note your enquiry will be answered as soon as possible if there is no answer)) or e-mail (debslooknlearn@gmail.com).

Please note the time period for completing any package lesson purchases is 12 weeks (3 months). Any remaining lessons following this stage will be deemed as non refundable and non existent.

Payments must occur prior to the start of each lesson.

Cancellation Policy

GENERAL CANCELLATIONS:

If you are unable to attend your lesson, please notify us 24hrs before your lesson is due by contacting your instructor Debbie via telephone (07792841239). You will be required to pay in full for any lesson or test appointments that you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS:

In the event of adverse weather conditions (snow, heavy rain etc.) contact your driving instructor Debbie to see if your lesson will go ahead. If it is cancelled last minute and you have paid in advance, your lesson will be re-scheduled.

Complaints

If you are not fully satisfied with the service you have received, please send your complain via e-mail to debslooknlearn@gmail.com. We will respond to you within 4 weeks.
